the men won immunity for the second straight time. finally our dominance is paying off. so the women are now down to 5 with carol being voted out. we're down to 12 players now. it seems to be flying by this game. seems more than day 11.
i had a chat individually with merle, shane and to some degree hershel as well about the possibility of rick and glenn flipping to the women at the merge. we came to the conclusion they most likely won't as they would just be bottom of a 5 person alliance with 5 girls they've spent zero time with so their better option would be to stick with the guys and try to move themselves up by targeting most likely me and merle (split them up they're brothers). i'm attempting to keep rick close though so he doesn't stray. much like keeping a little puppy near by, within eye sight so they don't wander off and get "lost". he told me last night his loyalty is with me as he believes i deflected the attention off him when t-dog was voted out. it's pretty much true but i played it up a lot.
glenn i'm not sure on, he's more of a wild card i think. we never know what he's gonna do. the biggest threats on the womens side are jacqui, amy and maggie. the 3 most active players n their side. since i won the idol for my team, i'm gonna assume either jacqui or maggie has it for the women, since amy won the immunity that night. regarding the idol, i told merle i won it. he kept asking who i thought won the reward and i couldn't keep lying to him so i came clean and just said i didn't tell anyone right away until things had settled a bit. he accepted and was excited i had the idol for us.
if we merge next at 12 i thought of a plan that may flush their idol right away, since we have the majority we basically tell 1 of the girls such as jacqui or maggie who we're voting for, say amy. hope to spook them and whoever has the idol gives it to amy. then we all vote say maggie and the idols gone and so is 1 more of the girls. standard idol flush move but it should work. i say "should" tentatively lol. rick and glenn are the potential problem. if one of those let slip to the girls who we were all voting and it isn't amy for instance.
i think the weakest girl is beth. she hasn't seen the show, but she seems a nice person. she's no threat at all so if possible i'd like to keep her around for the long run and even lose people like glenn, rick, hershel and morgan before beth goes. at some point hershel and morgan will become targets based on their challenge threat. it'll be a case of once one doesn't win immunity they'll be going. that might happen sooner than they think. with people like patricia and beth still around it may happen. i'm not too strong in challenges so sooner rather than later i need these big guns out to clear the path for shane, merle and i to make it to the final 3 and have the lesser challenge threats arund like patricia and beth.
