Ya but my problem isn't that he didn't come to me, it's that he really didn't have anything set up. Daryl had stuff organized long in advance, whereas Hershel left things too late and didn't gain enough loyal allies early. I think he's been playing very well lately, but his early game was a bit lacking. Winning challenges isn't playing well. If he can't get people to flip he didnt play well he wasted his time.

| Morgan, eliminating swing votes.had a lot to do with me. I was getting info from every side and when both sides said the same name I made sure to throw them under the bus and they left. | |

We realized that mistake after the merge, but at that point, trying to trust people is like a lottery, because you're likely to stumble upon people already in alliances. Pinning hopes of an alliance or F3/F4 deals to different people (after each person was either voted out or shown to be a liar) was bound to leave us in the minority by the end and that's what happened.

I completely agree but when everything Hershel says is a lie, he didnt play a good one either. None of the 4 had a good social game.

| When everyone wants to start using your vote, that's when you stop becoming a vote for hire and become a person with a great deal of power. You were a wild card, can't blame someone for wanting to eliminate that type of person. Also you proved that you were able to win immunities, the girls were clearly behind you, every tribal you survived put you just an immunity run away from making the finals. There are legitimate reasons to keep you, but don't act like there weren't plenty of good reasons to just take you out and Hershel is a dummy for not approaching you.
I'm not trying to put either Hershel or Daryl over the other, I probably want truly make up my mind until the final tribal. Odds are one or the other won't be there though.

Completely disagree. Fabio won a million dollars by winning his way to the end and playing a good social game. Sandra won twice with a good social game. I think it's completely stupid to say if Hershel doesn't get these morons to flip that he didn't play a good game. That would be like saying a pitcher didn't play good if he pitches 8 scoreless innings and didn't get the win.

| It's not just winning the immunties Maggie. He went to you to try to get you to join him, and you basically got yourself voted out by not joining him. Again credit to Daryl for playing you, but Hershel has tried to get numbers on his side. Hershel basically had no options as of late, I think he's doing what he can to try to survive and that's what I respect. All he can do right now is try to win immunties and make a good case to get rid of Daryl, he's doing all that right now so I can't fault his game lately.

| Maggie, you did a good job keeping yourself safe. However, the info leaking from Daryl/Merle/Shane's side was apparently just a 'gut feeling' (actual quote) and was, as I mentioned, based on factually wrong assumptions. There was a stroke of odd luck there that the right people got eliminated for the wrongest of reasons. | |

I'm not saying there aren't reasons to vote me out. I'm saying it was obvious how the game was going to go. I made it clear in a tc thread but you were too busy targeting me to realize I was your only shot and guess what? If Hershel doesn't win immunity tonight everything I said comes true because you all couldn't see how much you were getting played.

That would be like saying a pitcher didn't play good if he pitches 8 scoreless innings and didn't get the win. Firstly Fabio only won because he was the best of the 3 crappy finalists. Sandra won because she played social and strategic. And your analogy is stupid. If you want to compare it to baseball it is more like if a pitcher gives up 10 runs but still wins. Just because they won doesn't mean he pitched well.

He tried ONCE and was telling Daryl to vote me too. Yes Daryl played me that night but Hershel was trying to get anyone to flip and was played by Daryl too. You all are just bitter about Daryl and blinded by immunity wins to see the truth.

| It doesn't matter who is in the finals with him. It does make sense, because in some peoples mind Hershel has played a great game but what you said was that if he doesn't get them to flip he didn't play well. He's done everything he can to set them up and show them what would be a good move. Similar to a pitcher doing everything he can in a ball game but the offense just isn't hitting that night. | |

| You just ride Daryl's pole because you think that it was a stroke of genius to use your vote. It wasn't, Daryl freaking hated Glenn and that was his motivation behind making that move. | |

Also, I think everyone here is past being bitter, and just seeing Daryl for what he is. It almost seems like you are being bitter...

| Glenn its more like the pitcher playing terrible but the offense saving him. And just because he has a good idea doesnt mean anything. If he doesnt execute his plan then his plan was useless. | |

True. He's stated that several times. Had I not tried to vote Daryl out or had YOU not told him I wanted to do that, he never would of used that idol on you.

| I should make it clear, I think Daryl has played great and made a lot of the right moves. I'm not bitter, I will most likely give him my vote and harbor no grudges towards anyone in the game. I'm just saying that I think Hershel deserves some consideration as well. | |

Have you watched baseball? lol. Hershel has done everything he can to show them options. A pitcher who gives up a lot of runs....certainly is not doing everything he can. In baseball Maggie, pitchers don't want to give up runs.

lol this is just a knock against yourself. It's like of course some one has a good plan, but if the other people around him are too blind to see it and he can't convince them then it's his fault.

| How am I being bitter? None played a good social game. Hershel played the best challenge game. Daryl and Merle played the best strategic games. And to make it to the end by using your mind is much more impressive then having luck and a fast computer. | |

Thank you. I have also said he played a good game but terrible in the social aspect. If Hershel is in the finals with him, he probably has my vote based on clutch immunity wins, a genuine social game, and the willingness to make moves even if people don't listen. If Hershel is voted out tonight, my vote has a great chance to go to Daryl.

True. He's stated that several times. Had I not tried to vote Daryl out or had YOU not told him I wanted to do that, he never would of used that idol on you. Yeah so credit to me for saving myself and credit to Daryl/Merle for thinking long term instead of for one vote.

I agree with this. I want to wait for the final tribal to pass more judgement, because I don't think Hershel is the strategic dummy you portray him as. His post in the last tribal to Shane and Merle was about as on point as you could be.

So had your luck and fast computer continued and you won more immunity challenges than your 3 (I think that's how many you won), can you honestly say you would not bring up your immunity wins during final tribal council? I'm willing to bet you would try to make them mean something.
