So I wake up in the morning to see how tribal council went, the girls and dale voted for morgan, which was surprising, because it looks like they are worried about idols as well, but they were already down in numbers, so why vote for one of the weaker men? I dont get it.
And of course all of us guys voted for patricia and it worked! The tribal council votes were intense, and it was so glad to see that weird bitch voted off, and the first member of the jury, so it is a final 3 this season. This makes things interesting, because it will definatly be me shane and daryl there, shane hasnt done much to be honest, so I am not that worried about it, me and daryl in the finals would be hard, because we essentially both played the same game, well up to this point, so it would be hard to pick, so I have a feeling with darryls idol, he will get ahead of me, in the game play category, and that worries me greatly. As much as I dont want to betray or backstab anyone, the way the circumstances fall it might have to happen, but on the same token, if I do backstab him, I will have his wrath to face on the jury and wont get his vote, so I feel as of right now, im in a lose/lose situation.
I have never been in a finals before, and its obvious daryl knows what he is doing, and I dont know what to do with that situation. And then things happen, like the last PM he sent me.
“Im only going to ask you this once, did you tell the girls I had the idol? Thats what they are saying, just be honest, if you did and we can move foreward”
I got pissed off the bat, first off I dont like being confronted with lies, and for him to ask me like that, it came off as like he already made it up in his mind, and wanted me to admit it. For the record in my confessional, I DID NOT say anything to the girls about him having an idol, but it was pretty obvious, because that night of the reward there werent many people on, and there were only 3 guys on, me him and glenn, glenn won immunity and I went for immunity, hello, its not that hard to figure out its him.
I tried to word my answer to him cautiously, because if I came off “OMG how can you say that, your so crazy” it can read as 'well if you didnt do it, why are you being so crazy', and I didnt want to respond so non chalant like “oh please those girls are crazy, everything they say is lies, move on” it can come across as too calm, like im accusing you of something, why are you so calm.
So the other interesting thing about tribal was that no idols were played from the girls side. Again this made me slightly paranoid because, all the girls knew they were in trouble, so either the idol holder was very confident, so they held onto it, or the idol holder is jacqui, and she had the best of both worlds, and played selfishly and let one of the girls take the bullet.
I am really hoping one of the guys wins immunity next round so that all the girls are in trouble, and then the idol would definatly get played next time. Only problem is that it can be used to take me out, so its a double edged sword, so I really want to try for the next immunity, just to secure my place, and I can relax. And we just have to hope that we pick the right girl, to not use the idol.
I am thinking we might choose amy or maggie, because if jacqui has it we want her to flush it, but she knows that we want the idol flushed, but I dont think she would take that risk, to not play it.
All we need to do, is to get past the next round with all of our guys, and then we will be gold, because we can just split the vote 4-3 until the girls are gone. And in the off chance 1 girl is left, an idol hasnt been played yet, then we just vote dale off, since he like one of the girls anyway. He is not and will not work with the men, someone who says to their tribe after leaving “i hope you all fail miserably” is someone I will not work with at all.
So while the game was on a weekend break, we and rick kept getting closer, and honestly, I never thought I would say this, its not that bad. I know its crazy, but I think its because he is so simple, he seems really new, and he is easily controllable, so its a nice break from the game talking to him, because he really has no clue whats going on.
So then rick I guess branches out, and suggests a final 4 deal with daryl and he suggests we bring in me and shane. And now this is where I start to feel bad, because rick is trying really hard and making alliances and stuff, all the while he will just get backstabbed and ousted by all of us when we get to final 6 or 7.
so we have our 7 person mens alliance, the 5 person mens alliance, the final 3 of me daryl and shane, a final 2 of me and daryl, and just recently told to me, a final 2 with shane and daryl, which daryl wont honor if he wins, but it doesnt matter, because its a final 3. all of those alliances are real, and now you have the fake 4 person alliance with rick. He will take it hard no doubt, but im always up for a crazy move if I can make it.
What I mean by that, is that I might have to turn on daryl at fianl 5, if one of the girls plays the idol, it might get re hidden, and if I win that, I mean have to use it at final 5 if he already hasnt.
Bascially what I would do is go to the person we are voting out at final 5, lets say hershel, and then I would tell hershel that he is the next to go, but I have a plan, and he needs to vote daryl for it to work, but he cannot tell anyone, and then me and hershel would vote for daryl and I would play the idol for hershel, thus taking out the most likely winner, but thats a really far fetched idea.
Honestly if it was final 5 and daryl still had his idol, I wouldnt even think about the idea, because he seems like the person that would play it, just because it is the last tribal council you can play it in.
way too many options in this game, and I want to win so bad, I can actually see myself in the finals, I just need to get there. I hope my new job doesnt hinder my performance in the game, because I dont want to be a follower, I want to be in the mix of things like I am now.
